There are two ways of unblocking usb ports in your college . one is done using BIOS(basic input output system) and second one is done using registry . I am gonna show you both the ways . lets start with the registry one .
step 1:enter bios by pressing f1 or f11 or esc or what ever it varies from system to system . Then you will want to enter setup.
step 2 :search for advanced options and search usb ports enable it and have fun hacking . NOTE: sometimes the system administrator will use passwords to protect BIOS , you can by pass it by just removing the CMOS battery by opening the cabinet of the PC.
using registry:
Step1:Now open run and type regedit this will open windows registry . Then browse to the following :HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\currentcontrolset\services\USBSTOR
Step2: Now on the right hand pane double click on registry start . now if you change this value to 3 it will enable the ports if you change the value to 4 it will disable it .
